The TV did not work. No working internet. Mobile coverage is almost nonexistent. Very few shops near hotel. When I asked front desk (3 times) for assistance with getting TV to work, they never turned up. Also, guests are expected to vacuum the room before leaving. This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Price was good but the rooms need to be fitted out with bed side tables, it was a 3 bedroom apartment but only had a 2 seater couch & single chair.

Great service every expense was well explained and the policy regarding damages and having extra guests was very helpful. The room was excellent, well cleaned, tidy, more amenities then needed was a great stay, will be booking there again.

The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was great, enough space and conveniences. The parking was good value and easy to get in and out, safe and secure too. Good Vietnamese restaurant below and really good access to more places just a short walk away.

The place has dust everywhere due to construction in the area. The carpets were dirty. Chairs and sofas had spots all over due to spills. Balcony was dusty. Too much construction and train track noise. The area is not family friendly. Not recommended!

I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. This is an awful place. They act like they’re doing charity work because their rates are good. Their rates are good because nobody in their right mind would stay here. They ignore you. They are useless with bad adults and they stole from me.

Last year I stayed at liberty and it was really good experience. This year booked 3 rooms for 6 people. There wasn’t enough plates bowl cups cutlery. I booked for 4 nights and there wasn’t vacuum in the room had to go 3 time at reception. Didn’t k ow bbq area was off limit for hotel guest.
