Great location to walk and tram outside the door.
Wasn't the penthouse in the photos, basically told that if we book direct it would be the one in the photos. Not happy about that. We booked for the large living area and it was small.

Outlook was great out to the bay and Port Melbourne, transport at your door excellent, easy to get around and lots of walking if preferred. Electric scooters a hit. Supermarket close by 5 minute walk.
Free tram out the front. Car park has 2.1 clearance for higher than normal car size. Good breakfast and coffee at In a Rush over the road. Great water front view and small balcony unfortunately it was raining and cool for our stay
Most restaurants are closed over the weekend.
Need instructions on how to operate the dishwasher.
More towels and napkins should be provided.

Great stay. Accommodation is in a good location with parking provided. It was clean inside with good views of the water. Easy check in and check out process
The booking process was a breeze and the communication through out my stay was helpful and very reassuring... I would highly recommend Melbourne Private Apartments Docklands to family and friends.
Tram access close by. For the experience the room is overs. Not the best value versus others out there. The check in process could easily be streamlined and made more user friendly, i don't want to go up the road a few hundred metres to check in.... Our microwave was filthy, used coffee pods in the machine with a mess on the bench. Shower grates were not clean, hair etc was there and wasn't a good look. Lights flickering, outside our unit some of the building was flapping in the wind. 2 nights of little sleep was very frustrating. Just means the polish was lacking. When your playing 400 a night it should be flawless.
Whilst the apartment was nice the company managing the apartment was incompetnet. I spent an hour wondering around in dark trying to find where to pick up the key.

Booked for grandkids 2 and 4 for 4 nights with my daughter to look around Melbourne and enjoy pool. Unfortunately pool was only a 2 lane lap pool and you needed to give 3 days notice to use. After I complained arrangements were made to access pool for 1 hour in next complex’s pool at 8pm until 9pm.
Unfortunately on return to our apartment smoke alarm was beeping and this wasn’t able to be fixed until next day which was very annoying and made sleep difficult.
We were on the 23rd floor and the balcony door had no lock. We were told as it was a heavy door kids couldn’t open it but we were not willing to take any chances and left that morning. Apartment okay for adults but with kids not as friendly as website stated but that’s only my thoughts. Grace did try to be helpful.
We have just stayed for 4 days in one of the apartments in the Docklands. It had lovely views and was well furnished and equipped for our family of 5. The kids loved the pool and the location was perfect for us to jump on a tram and explore Melbourne. We were upgraded to a 2 bathroom apartment free of charge and Grace was very accommodating throughout our whole visit. Complimentary early check in and late check out were extremely helpful and appreciated. Definitely recommend!
Very convenient place to stay in Melbourne with the free tram at your doorstep. And our Concierge Bella went out of her way to be of assistance - a great experience!
The room was great but... I won't be staying again
The room was great no complaints.
Owner and the cleaner where a bit odd.
Self-check-in details where delivered an hour late which caused me to be late for a customer meeting. They did allow me to check-in at 11 am instead of 2:30 pm, which was great, except for the delivery of late self-check-in details. The bizarre thing was their instance of confirmation of an early checkout. The cleaner stated in an SMS that early checkout details where only required if departing for 10 am. I then received a call from the owner at 8 am demanding a checkout time!! Anyway if you are looking for a cheap quite lovely location to stay, it's worth the money. I won't be staying here again due to the owner's rudeness, phone manner, car parking and lack of atmosphere in the building and local area.
Fresh/new modern/clean and comfortable apartment in Docklands. Good views, close to city and public transport within the city free tram zone directly out the front of the building.
There was building works in the immediate area however the rooms were quiet and not affected.
A great spot right in front of the tram stop at Docklands for Collins St. (Free tram city circle) The apartment is well appointed with quality linen. Everything is in the apartment you need and the views are great. I feel the price was quite high for our 3 night stay but you pay extra for the pool, (if open) 2 bathrooms and the view. The pool was closed on arrival. It seems the building is still being completed in areas. There are works going on all around the building. People are moving in with furniture and clearly it is a new build, but that is also a positive - as it is very quiet around the area, you have the pool to yourself (when open) and the gym. Woolworths is just up the road for any supplies, and there are lots of places to eat out. The Docks Library is diagonally across the road, with a fabulous park for little kids.
