Property is amazing and in an ideal location. The only issues are that my VIP status was basically not recognised and more importantly the car parking process is terrible, you have to go to the hotel first get a code and then go back into your car and drive to the carpark this took me approximately twenty minutes and I feel the process could be streamlined to avoid this. Otherwise staff were amazing and the suite was huge

everything was good about this property but i want to suggest a few things 1. exit staircases cannot be opened from the staircase and this can be a safety issue .. kids can go in the doors marked exit and get stuck since you cant open these doors from the staircase side, there are not phones or mobile network inside there.. our friends were staying on 49 and we on 47 floors and we had a harrowing time going to each others room since neither lift not staiway access is possible.. this is a big safety issue 1. since there is no housekepping service they need to stock toileteries for the entire stay in the apartments or have the larger bottles with pump rather than the small tubes which get over in 1 or 2 washes.. so every day one has to go to the reception to ask for more bodywash and lotions

It's a good place to stay, close to everything. The apartment had everything I needed. The bed is comfortable, between medium and plush, only with mattress toppers. I added a doona for softness, and the pillows were the best. Staff directions and recommendations to convenience stores and eating places were inaccurate regarding closeness and poor ratings - 1 food place recommended was inedible. - First ever bad review on a restaurant for me, they need to revise food recommendations

Property was perfect location. Walkable to everything. I reserved two rooms and asked to be close to each other or at least same floor. Didn’t get it. Then we couldn’t go to each others room coz our key apparently would not work on their floor. Nobody told us about that. The guy at the check in was rude and short with us. He’s white or maybe a different nationality. The lady was rude as well until my husband started getting mad at her. It’s like they’re very defensive and doesn’t not like answering questions even tho that’s their job. They were arguing about parking and where to park. Later on she became nice and gave my husband a tip where to park. Why can’t she do that right off the bat? Control freak much? The next morning when I walked my family member to the lobby coz she had to go to work, so much commotion going on, a young Asian lady screaming on top of her lungs and a guy holding her down and screaming as well, then a bunch of cops kept coming in. People from outside watching. It got us all scared and made ur hotel somewhat ghetto. I was even afraid to go up the elevator by myself after that.

The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They rectified an issue in a very prompt manner and demonstrated care and compassion. We caught the train to Southern Cross and it was easily accessible. Everything is nearby once you are there. Very clean and great facilities.
