This was a small apartment not hotel room, that included washer and dryer and once a week cleaning. As a tourist, this is not a convenient location, too far from the center.

They had not received my booking from wotif when we arrived an hour and a half after our transaction with wotif. Money was debited from my account but no room booked on their end yet. As result we ended up settling for a lower grade room for the same fee as the one we booked was no longer available. At 4:00pm facing the prospect of having to find other accommodation while on crutches was stressful to say the least.
