My favourite place to stay in Melbourne, but there are definitely good and bad rooms. Room 102 is a dud. Big ol’ rattley air conditioner outside the window providing freight train level nighttime wake-up calls. Servicd a little bit hit and miss. Enthusiasm levels waning.

Easy to get to by tram - stop across the road Room and ensuite small but perfect for one person. Everything clean and well appointed

Within walking distance of the beach and several parks. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was a little dusty and there is no elevator, so be careful about that if you decide to stay.
