Fantastic gym, pool, spa and sauna facilities. Beautiful tennis courts but were told they were booked out for everyday of our stay even though most of the time no one was playing. Bit disappointed. Bathroom had signs of mould but apartment overall clean. Aldi next door very handy and PT easily accesible near apartments. Serviced apartments but need to supply your own washing powder/dishwasher pods. Apartments not cleaned daily only when you leave. Good price. Big apartment. Comfy beds. Overall great accommodation. 👍

Communication shocking took my money but wouldn't let me stay because I paid of someone else's card then happy to put me out on the street after travelling 5.5 hours and wouldn't refund the money for a new room else where appalling treatment

The locality was great. Very secure. Very close to Queen Victoria Markets and free tram that takes you to Southern Cross Station and Skybus. Aldi next door was so convenient and not far away is an IGA. The advertised cinema was a different concept from what I was expecting. Needed to ask for an iron, which reception staff brought up. Kitchen sink plug didn't hold water and towel rail needs securing to wall. These were minor issues. The advantages outweighed the disadvantages. Would be very happy to stay again

Great property, the gym is probably the best I have seen in Melbourne. The pool was good and the spa, Spa jets could go a lot longer. Awesome Sauna, reception staff are great. Only negative, room could have been a little bigger, but still comfortable

Poor start improved with time

We arrived to the receptionist busy on the phone ,she didn't even look up to acknowledge us . She checked us in but given us little information on how to use the key in the lift,other guests showed us how to use the lift . Our room smelled very badly if smoke ,which we reported straight away. Hannah was the lady that dealt with the complaint,she responded very quickly and offered us another or the cleaner to come and freshen the room , instead we asked for more towels,a hairdryer and and iron which she supplied to us After that our stay was fine

Had a terrible experience here. Room had dirty tissues on the floor, used soap in the bathroom, used cups in the kitchen sink, and someone left their wallet and car key in the room and staff just left it there. Worse, during the night someone entered my room with a key, I yelled at them to get out and called reception about it and they had no idea who it could have been. So I didn’t sleep all night and felt very unsafe. Never again!!

Fantastic staff, amenities, beds, rooms and location. Will be staying again for every trip to Melbourne. Staff were accommodating and helpful and being so central made getting around a breeze.

Currently has loud road construction outside hotel. We had a two bedroom apartment. These apartments are small and have no / minimal drawers or cupboards to put your luggage. The bathrooms are also small with no where to put your bathroom necessities. The staff were lovely but I wouldn’t recommend staying here

The room was not what was expected when booked. Bathroom door could not close properly, unit was freezing cold at night, even with heaters on. Very disappointed with washer/dryer as clothes took over 3-4 hours to dry.
