This hotel is in a great location and easy to get to. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were very friendly. While parking is available it is an extra $45!
It was ok. Clean, easy checkin, comfortable bed etc. There was crockery missing(only one tea/coffee cup) no tongs for cooking, no dish cloth for washing dishes and the racks in the dishwasher were missing. Area around was noisy due to new building being built, even a lot of noise all day Sunday.
The hotel was in good proximity to the Palais Theatre and had great access to public transport. View outside our room was average and balcony was tiny. The reception and corridors smelt heavily of room fresheners which was overpowering. Room was clean and cosy.
Not a holiday but an overnight stay while my husband was in the nearby Alfred Hospital. So I didn’t use all the facilities or look around the property at length as I was dashing to appointments. From what I could see, everything appeared attractive and well kept.
Was surprised by the car parking fee as I didn’t see that on the booking site.
The rooms themselves are pretty good for the price. The location is average in my opinion, if you have a meeting near by it's good but if your more interested in the CBD it's quite inconvenient by car, the parking is very very expensive, $45 per night is the highest I've paid in any hotel in Victoria and in my opinion it's excessive. Unfortunately while I was there they were doing maintenance, so at 8am every morning the floor would shake the noise was so bad, it calmed down at around 11am. Overall not a bad hotel, just not really in my top 10 in the Melbourne CBD area.
For the same price you can score a hotel in the CBD itself with full room service and a better location plus better parking.
The staff were able to listen well to what was being asked and provide the necessary answers. They catered for specific needs and followed up quickly. Overall a positive experience
Loved the convenience of having a carpark for a reasonable price.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Room was noisey especially when using the air conditioning
Could hear compressor running all night
2 of the towels were stained
The overall little things that make it cosy were missing
Otherwise the location was good
The check in wasn’t good. Our rooms weren’t ready at check in. The booking was for five people but I had to ask repeatedly for the roll away bed to be delivered. The interconnecting doors were also locked and I had to ask over five times and wait nearly two hours for it to be opened.
The room was fine.
Loved it , only problem was party going on in another room. They somehow gained access to my room, left empty vodka bottles and stole a tee shirt. Staff evicted them. I stayed an extra night and got complimentary breakfast. Delicious ..a great place to stay.
This is a very good hotel. It's near a tram stop and shops and roughly halfway between St Kilda and Melbourne city centre (it's on a main road, though I wasn't disturbed by noise). The room was clean, spacious and well stocked if wanting to cook something simple. The bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was pretty good and decent value for money. Staff were very helpful. I enjoyed my stay here and would return again.
Clean and comfy rooms, great for business stay. Staff need a little more knowledge about the area when asked questions. Overall pleasant stay and will come back again
Nice hotel close to Rod Laver Arena. Well priced and the room was large and spacious with a huge bed. Will use again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
1. The airconditioning was not working properly. It was a hot balmy evening. The aircon was not cooling the room.
2. There were no drinking glasses in the room.
3. The ceiling is unpainted, no treatments applied. Bare concrete visible. Looks unsightly.
