The Novotel is in such a great part of the city. Close but not too close which we found ideal. Being so close to the river and Southwharf is such a brilliant spot for eateries and bars and shopping of course. The room was so clean and spacious, with a terrific view down the river to the city. The staff were delightful, especially York, who checked us in a little bit early which was very handy, so we didn't have to worry about our bags watching the grand final.

It was a lovely stay. The room was clean and perfect for single or couple. Convention centre is just next door, DFO is right opposite to it, Crown Casino and tram stop are of walkable distance. Overall, I was happy with it.

必要最低限のサービスが提供される感じです。イメージよりも上回ったサービスは冷蔵庫に子供用の牛乳が入っていたくらいでしょうか。 クローゼットの中の金庫が使えなかったので対応をお願いしたらすごく嫌な感じで結局来てくれず。 ルームクリーニングも大体何かが足りてないか忘れています。コップが片付いていなかったり、リネンの補充が人数分なかったり、なぜかベッドメイク後に枕を戻し忘れていたり。 コンベンションセンターと繋がっているためビジネスマン向けなのでファミリーフレンドリーではないのはまあしょうがないかなという感じですが、あまり満足感はありませんでした。 DFOというショッピングモールもついていますが、結構ガラの悪い人しかいない感じなので、雰囲気の良さを求めるなら微妙かもしれません。
