Stay was fantastic, only thing bathroom is tiny! While our room was massive. Bathroom 6ft away from the bed. So you can hear everything and elevator only goes to 18th floor. We stayed on 20th. So you have to walk up stairs. Which isn’t bad. Just hard after a couple drinks. Great stay. Would stay again.

If not extreme hell i put up with checking in this would have been 5 stars. Accommodation was prepaid, and Hotel/room great. However the front desk 2 male staff need retraining. Partly my fault did not bring CC. Required CC for security deposit. Explained I left it at home, but had 2 debit cards. The taller male staff told me DEBIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED AND OK! Then he attempted both debit cards to take $1.00 several times, but declined. Pretty much insinuated I had no money, something wrong with my cards!! so I even open up my bank account online to prove how much funds I had. He then tried to put these cards onto google pay but it still failed. The shorter solid male staff then attempted on his eftpos machine several times to which both cards declined. At this point, my anxiety was rising along with my frustration because it was clear they were not going allow me to check in. I told the taller one what do you want? I give you whatever money you want in cash as security but no cash accepted! He told me wait for my friend maybe she has a card that works. by now I exploded. she is one hour away! A female hotel receptionist intervene. She told me no debit cards not accepted, so taller male staff gave wrong info. She said get copy of CC so I got my husband send photo of my cc. She KEYED in their numbers and finally in. Female staff did great job. 5 stars to her & was wonderful, helpful & caring but Worse hotel check in experience ever. Gave me anxiety.
