Stayed at the oaks on Market for New Years. The air conditioning made a terrible noise, and when we contacted the front office and they sent someone up, their solution was to have the air conditioning off. Through the night we had to turn it back on due to the lack of circulating air, and the sound was unbearable to sleep with. Very average experience. Wouldn’t book here again.

Seating at desk is shabby with worn vinyl. Sofa uncomfortable. Room was not cleaned for three days despite placing ‘please clean room’ sign on door handle on third day. Beside light bulbs not coordinated - one is clear one is warm.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel in December 2024. Upon checking in, I discovered a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. However, the real issue came when I went to bed and found what appeared to be either fecal stains or curry marks on the doona. This was not only unpleasant but also deeply unsettling, especially given the high standards I expected from this hotel. When I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, I was met with no apology, no acknowledgment, and no offer of compensation. The lack of empathy and accountability from management added to my frustration and left me feeling completely dissatisfied with my experience. For a hotel of this caliber, basic cleanliness and customer service should be non-negotiable. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure that future guests don’t encounter similar problems. I have utilised this hotel on several occasions in the past; however, I do not have any intentions of returning.

Spacious 2 bd room apartment. Friendly staff. Nice foyer area and casual restaurant and bar area. Bathroom starting to show age and needs attention. Dining chairs worn out and should not be in a hotel of this standard. Overall a nice apartment but disappointed with maintenance.
