The property is in a great location near restaurants, river precinct and walkable distance to sporting venues. The apartment overall was very clean however the carpet has seen better days with multiple stains throughout and could do with being replaced. Staff were very helpful and polite and we would happily return when visiting Melbourne again.

I stayed for 4 nights for a business trip. The location was close to my event so it was convenient. There are limited food options downstairs and will require you to either walk to Southbank (high-end foods) or across the river to the rest of the CBD. Oaks is a serviced apartment so there is no room service or towel change. There is very limited reception in the room and their WIFI is rather slow. Their check in closes at 12am. Checkin and out process was swift and their reception staff is nice and professional.

My stay exceeded my expectations.
The property is very centrally located particularly to the Arts precinct. Because of the purpose of my trip to Melbourne, I had requested an apartment as high as possible. As a result I was allotted an apartment on the 31st floor which had stunning city views. It was immaculately presented. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional in attending to my requirements.

Great stay, comfortable two bedroom apartment in a very central location. Lovely balcony with amazing view. There is demolition work nearby, which only happens during the day, so it didn’t bother us (you might want to avoid the city side if you need quiet during the day).

At check in was given an upgrade to an 2 bedroom appt at no extra cost only to have 2nd bedroom locked 20mins later no piont of an upgrade Had to evauate walk down 20flights of stairs and stand in the cold for 30mins and no staff letting us know what was happening or saying sorry wouldn't stay at this place again
