The room was amazing, and the view was beautiful. My husband and I agreed that the pillows were not very comfortable, and he had trouble sleeping on the bed. We were excited for the kids to play in the playroom, but unfortunately, a group of people were playing cards and drinking, which took over the space. It was disappointing, as this was meant to be a family room, not a karaoke or drinking area. Staff were unable to resolve the situation, and even after leaving and returning an hour later, nothing had changed.

Over all was great. The only problem is : The elevator is too high-tech, making it difficult to use and navigate to other floors. It only has open and close door buttons, with no floor selection buttons.
