Room was comfortable and air conditioning preset before arrival. Sheet on King bed had a hole in it and bath robe in the wardrobe had black marks up one sleeve.

We booked the queen queen room and it was a fabulous choice for a family of 4. The room comes with 1 king bed and 2 single beds. The toilet also includes a bath tub. The in room dining is quite nice. Most importantly, the hotel is just beside the terminal within 50 to 100m. This meant that if u need to catch an early flight, this is the most convenient hotel that you can go for. Good customer service going beyond park royal hotel standard.

The Melbourne Airport Parkroyal is an excellent hotel to stay at if you have an early flight the next day. Takes the stress out of getting up early and getting to the airport, especially if you have a long commute to get to the airport. Easy walk over to the terminals. Also good food options at the hotel, but if you want something simpler and cheaper it is an easy walk to the food outlets in and around the terminal precinct.

Very convenient a few minutes walk from the terminal. Easy no fuss check in. Room sizeable with both bath and shower. Wide screen tv. Very quiet. Lovely experience and just what was required after back to back long haul flights.
