It was ok, Room had some strange noises happening every now and then. Staff questioned my in room breakfast order an hour before it was due for delivery. Very annoying. Especially when i confirmed request on checkin. Was hard to get a quiet sleep.

There’s much to love staying at this prime location when having an early flight in particular, and while everything in general was very pleasant I unfortunately experienced what seemed to be bedbugs which affected my wellbeing the next day on long haul flights as I was exhausted from the subsequent lack of sleep. I reported this to the desk who said they would pass this on to the manager, however in the days following I had not received any contact regarding this from the hotel to my knowledge which was really disappointing for a hotel of this calibre.
