Nice room, but annoying whenever someone comes in the room (like to replenish water bottles at night) they take the room key in the electricity slot. So you return to a room with the wrong temperature and complete darkness.

Stayed for a conference at the convention centre - extremely convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking along the riverfront. Gym good - similar to other hotels of a similar standard, no pool unfortunately.

The Pan Pacific is conveniently located on Melbourne’s South Wharf and directly connects with the Convention Centre. DFO is next door and has lots of great shops to explore. The staff are very kind and helpful and the club room was fantastic

Still the best hotel in Melb for access from airport, straight off freeway and in. Fantastic rooms with amazing views and soft bed. Just need to get the staff firing and attention to detail could be a Melbourne landmark.

Another great stay. We really like it for it's distance to shops but also that it makes you walk more as it is not right on the door stop of the city. Disappointed not to be offered a welcome drink. Reception staff both excellent on arrival and departure. thank you for another great stay.

Being greeted with a glass of bubbles and delicious chocolates on check in was a perfect start. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very nice. Views were fantastic. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable and the pillows were like clouds! Very close to restaurants, bars, shopping, casino. Parked the car and did not need it again. We will be back.

The staff were very helpful. The Pacific Club lounge was an added benefit—nice relaxing area with breakfast in morning, good snacks drinks and food in evenings from 5-7:00. The breakfast was excellent in both restaurant and Club. Would definitely stay there for convention Centre access or convenience to downtown. Restaurants are better on other side of River.
