Clean, sound proof rooms with plenty of toiletries and a very comfy bed and pillows. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and spa were excellent. The close walking proximity to Flagstaff Gardens for a late afternoonstroll, the Victoria Markets for all your fresh fruit, veg, best seafoods and meats plus great varried market goods. We went nearly every day over our week stay. We would buy beautiful food and cook back at our apartment for our dinner after exploring different parts of the city each day. There is a Woolworths Metro and BWS 2mins away. So easy to explore the city on foot from here. And the trams are so close too. For location position, price, cleanliness and wonderful Melbourne, we will be back absolutely asap. Thanks Pegusus staff.

The kitchen was well stocked, apartment clean and beds comfy. The not was quiet except for the first night when we couldn’t lock the window. Reported this to reception who advised us the handle to lock the window was in the kitchen draw, would have been nice to know this earlier. Reception did borrow is so me transport cards which was very helpful. All staff very polite and approachable. Would have love a washing machine n room. Would stay here again.

We have stayed here numerous times and have always enjoyed our stay. This time, the lady who checked us in was not your usual standard, i did ask via message when booking for a view for our 2 rooms, as we were in Melbourne for a special occasion, we got the view of a cement wall. Breakfast was great as always and the restaurant staff were all polite and lovely.

We have stayed at Pegasus on many occasions over the years and always find it a comfortable and convenient place to be. Disappointed to find the gym was missing quite a few hand weights. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Very close to excellent transport options and the fabulous Queen Victoria Markets.

This hotel was clean and efficient. It’s a busy area with lots of people coming and going. The area around the hotel is old and run down. The area felt safe. It’s close to Queens Market. I would stay again. I enjoyed my stay!

Shower tiles could do with a more thorough cleaning eg with firm brush ie some mouldy grout and the chrome/aluminium shower door frames were dirty in places. Also recommend an extra blanket to be kept in each bedroom especially during winter and there wasn't a wardrobe or anywhere to hang up clothes in the second bedroom. Otherwise a relatively clean and comfortable apartment.

I give the Pegasus hotel 4 stars
Pegasus has been amazing place to stay with my kids. The hotel is clean and has beautiful interior. Great staff at the reception and good customer services. I stay in one bed room apartment, very clean, nice space for a small family, comfortable bed, love the interior. Place close to station and restaurant around the CBD. Swimming pool and gym are clean.
