The hotel room was clean and modern, the soap/shampoo dispensers didn't function. The lounge breakfast, would have been nice to order a hot breakfast as available in other hotels. The check-in attendant wasn't real friendly,

A fabulous hotel close to Rod Laver for our James Blunt concert. Comfortable bed & pillows, wonderful shower & a lovely space. Easy access to car park & a lovely park across the road.

Nice room but unclean and loud whistling sound
The high traffic areas in the room were clean. The bedside tables hadn’t been vacuumed around in a long time and hadn’t been wiped down. I’ve attached a photo of a random Dorito, dust, and I think finger nails beside one. Their HVAC system running in the hall ways caused a whistling sound through the entry door that was so loud it kept me up for much of the night. The room itself was good, just unclean. It really needed a deep clean to bring it up to a standard. And then the whistling sound made for a really poor sleep. The king size bed was made up of two singles. Their eco friendly commitment to enable cost cutting was so bad there wasn’t even water bottles in the room. The room was $435 a night. If I could be bothered I’d have asked for a refund, but since when has a hotel been known for providing a refund for unacceptable services.

For the price of an apparently 5 star hotel, this was a poor experience, room amenities weren’t great the executive lounge wasn’t topped up, no late check out, even emailed months a head. And had to pay for parking after spending $600 plus for 1 night. Which was $40. Spa wasn’t open either. Would not recommend this place to anyone
