The apartment was large and very clean. The bed was AMAZING, it was arguably the best bed I've slept in in my entire life. This would be my go to hotel in Melbourne except for one major issue and that's the check-in closes around 5pm-6pm, and there is no after hours check in options according to their listings. This doesn't suit me a when travelling for busines i tend to either come down the evening before meetings, or early that morning then check in around 7pm after a full day of work. Such a pity as other than that its great. Facilities are limited, which doesn't bother me, but the rooms and particularly the beds are fantastic.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Burwood/Melbourne area. The entire experience has been extremely enjoyable, comfortable and easy to access to the Tram line. The front desk was very polite and helpful, the room was spacious, full kitchen, with a small laundry machine if needed. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was too over the top just the perfect size for my needs. I can wait to return here on my next visit to Melbourne, Australia. ABSOLUTELY LOVE BSA!!! Fantastic experience!!!

A good place to stay at reasonable price
Great to be in an apartment with separate bedroom for a change at a reasonable price. The place was comfortable and roomy. The bed was comfortable making for a great night’s sleep. Checkin was easy.
