The hotel itself was great - but i was disappointed to be told that a carpark was not included. It isn't specifically stated one way or the other in the booking and it's something I would consider to be a given.

Melanie and the receptionist on the late shift made you feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble, even making the TV work when I arrived. - wanted to watch the tennis!. Very impressed with your snack bar at the reception - a suggestion a few ALTERNATIVES for DIABETICS and GLUTEN FREE SUFFERS I went to the recommended restaurant- excellent.
