When I got there they told me the room has no parking included I asked if I could please pay extra for a park they were then rude and said sorry we are full no parking spots left, I was quite then proceeded too point me in the opposite direction to the closest secure carp

Woolworths straight across the road and bottle shop and restaurant across street. Great for families. 2 smart tvs in our 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchen is fine but ours had no frypan. Parking was good but I pre-booked it.

Great location in the heart of Docklands. The room we were originally allocated was dirty, the kitchen faucet was broken, and only one fork, knife and spoon (it was a studio room for 2 pax). We expressed our concerns to the front desk staff who were extremely understanding and helpful and allocated us another room (a 1 bed apartment as there were no other studio's available) Although some of the rooms appear to be below standard, we could not fault the service provided by the staff

Clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only improvement could have been in the communication leading up to our stay where we made some requests for the room configurations but the rooms were set up as requested when we arrived so we were happy. We also received a late check out, which was great!

Better options around the area
Handy to free Tram and supermarkets. Unfortunately basic requirements cannot be met. Kingbed room booked - twin beds pushed together provided with gap in the middle - was advised by reception at checkin that the hotel provided King size beds in ALL rooms; Twin quilts made as King quilt cover so would fall to the side and leave a gap in the middle at night; Requested 2 extra pillows and told should check the wardrobe for more - which I had already done; Room not cleaned properly on checkin - dirty cup and empty drink can left; and also daily even though "full service paid for" as confirmed by reception; Basic supplies including coffee and milk not replenished even after requested. Total 7 nights stay - I had to request basic items on 5 evenings (and that's only because Sunday there is no housekeeping). Lots of other better options around the area.
