Our stay was great the apartment was huge and very clean. Really comfortable beds and considering it was right in Fitzroy it was really quiet.

The location was fantastic. Price is good but you get what you pay for. The apartment we were in was large and had 2 bathrooms etc. But the curtains in each room were ripped and spots where the aircon used to be were left unpainted. Small touches and maintaining the property would make it seem more like a hotel, but felt a bit back packer style. Easy fixes.

This is a great position from which to access Melbourne, Fitzroy and surrounds. Having stayed here before it was disappointing to see it looking so tired.. could do with a coat of paint and some TLC

This is a great place to stay while in Melbourne. Quiet, comfortable and so convenient to the trams and within the free tram circuit. The garden is beautiful and it's hard to believe you are in the city. It's a haven from the hustle and bustle of the city outside.

We loved the location and the quiet setting. It was a very reasonable price as well. The apartment was spacious and had everything you could need. The staff were friendly and caring and went out of their way to help us. The older heat pump struggled to heat the apartment effectively, but it was an unusually cold week so this may not be an issue normally. Would definitely stay again!
