Weekend is Melbourne with my sister. The room was clean. There was a constant noise all night we believe might have been the lifts. The lamps had USB ports for charging but one didn’t work and the other barely charges 10% overnight. Needs more and better power points.

Good option in Melbourne , great location
I recently stayed at a hotel with a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. The facilities were adequate, but what truly set my experience apart was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Mirisha . Her warmth, support, and guidance were truly remarkable and made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The location is great, however the room wasn’t what I would call “deluxe”. The doona was stained yellow, the sheets had holes in them, the shower was covered in mould and soap scum. On arrival, the hallway outside the elevator had empty wine bottles and the floor was filthy. There were no minibar options available in the room (only available via call to reception) and even though we booked for 2 adults and a child there was only 2 towels in our room. Staff were lovely to deal with and there were plenty of options at breakfast.

The location is good and near to Queen Victoria Market. The overall room is dated and stale. The sofa needs to be removed. It has weird white stains. I left an adapter in the room after check out and was told they could not find it.

I did not think the room was clean or up to standard with any of the 4 star hotels I have stayed with Hotel.com yet. I don't know the reason why this hotel is even 4 stars on Hotels.com. The sofa was not clean and completely worn out, as you sat you would realise the sink. The mattresses too were completely worn out and not comfortable to sleep. From experience both of these were at least 10 years old. I did not have the energy to rebook a hotel and move, so I stayed, it was only a couple of nights to bear with it. The breakfast was really good and the room service was excellent. I did get my room cleaned again the next day with special request after the regular clean was done ( it wasn't clean!!). I have photos to share, but the app is not allowing me to upload right now, will try again later. The location was good in terms of proximity to Victoria markets, CBD and local transport availability.

Loved the staff in the breakfast area - very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent. We did find the beds a bit soft and the shower stall was a dangerous skating rink - wrong kind of tiles very slippery!!!! We solved the tile problem by leaving a facecloth on the floor under the shower head and the bath mat right into the shower enclosure.
