Check in at the morning was terrible. (is not a hotels fault, probably the woman at concierge has no social skills).
I didn't expect the room to be ready of course (10am), but when i asked her politely, approximately what time she might think will be ready so i come back, in a very cold way replied that check in is at 3pm. And yes it is but politeness goes a long way. The other staff members when finally they called me around 5pm that i can pick up the cards for the room were ok. The housekeeping also was terrible. We had to call several times to come and tidy up the room. When finally get to the room bath tub wasn't clean and broken piece of glass was on the lounge carpet that created a slight injury. Some staff members they attended though very quickly for that.
Apart from that all bar staff members were very good, especially Enrico. Very helpful and polite all the way.
Is nice hotel close to station, river and trams.
I can't blame the hotel because of some individuals but management has a lot of work to do i think.
We enjoyed our stay here. Checkin was easy and quick, and the room was good. We were thankful for parking right next door. We would stay again if returning to the area.

Property itself is very nice, rooms are quite small but they do the job. Location is as good as it gets and staff were very nice, however, they did not honour my VIP Gold status as an Expedia member.
