Wanting to travel to Flemington racecourse for an event we found this little gem. Great staff, good food and quick service . We stayed in a queen ensuite room it was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend

Very clean! We did not initially park at the hotel car park because it was full on a Friday night. However, there is a large, well lit public car park across the road. Happy with the amenities. The lady at the front desk advised us that most restaurants closed by 8pm. But we found that Two Fat Greeks was open and serving food at 9pm, delish!

The best all rounder stay I’ve had for decades
For a budget stay this is next level great value and ticks all the box’s clean modern great WiFi comfortable with amenities and the sleep surroundings were peaceful . You couldn’t ask for a better location to top it off .

So. #1 it is a very cost effective clean new property in a fantastic Essendon location. I had to get my head around there being communal shower and toilet facilities, and no wardrobe, but once I travelled back in time in my mind to my Uni days, it was a very agreeable stay and I would definitely stay there again. Especially as the nearest alternative was a dingy outdated motel (but they did have a private bathroom!).

Just perfect, such an amazing Renovation thru out. Room was quiet & comfortable & retro modern trendy. Staff were absolutely friendly from checkin thru to dining & bar. Meals were great & nice bar selection. Highly recommended. Plus close to amenities & tram/bus/train.
