Not the same as my first good experience

I have stayed here before and had good experiences, however this time when i checked in the system wasnt working for check in or room service app. I was charged $150 of room service and bar drinks that i didn't have - these were sorted out but things shouldnt be charged to my room without my knowledge. Also you need to have a selection of pillows - some high and low, the pillows are way to high and i get a sore neck when i stay here. Not sure i will continue to use this as my business trip hotel. wasn't as impressed as first time around.

Loved it! Def's would love to come back and stay! Staff were friendly, Tv system was a bit *meh* the pool was beautiful at night (cold weather) but still able to have a swim, parking was a little expensive but it is what it is! But overall will definitely come back! Didn't get to try the bar, breakfast or anything else, would recommend this place to everyone!

Nice place to stay. Convenient to where we wanted to be. I have stayed in hotels before, where. If you arrive early. The reception will do everything to get your room as soon as possible, then ring. But this wasn't the case. A bit disappointing. The restaurant within the hotel seemed to have an attitude issue!

Great location when going to Theatre. So many food options and easy walking to many attractions including Vic Markets. We stayed in a deluxe king room. Pretty small room but was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Like sleeping on a cloud. Bathroom was small and there was not much privacy with the toilet, which would be my only gripe. Loved the contactless check out. Will stay here again
