The property is tired but the location is unbeatable. Walking distance to everything in St Kilda and trams into city at front door. Our room was quiet. Bathroom was the letdown as the shower was old and dirty. Staff service was a stand out. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Was only here for two days as a stop gap before heading into Melbourne. Pleasant staff and good location within St Kilda. It had everything you might need, however it could do with a freshen up in a lot of areas and the cleanliness was average

Excellent customer service - extra pillows, phone charger and bottle opener delivered cheerfully upon request. Check in process a breeze. Early check in not possible and cafe not open long hours so couldn’t use VIP voucher. Pillows terribly thin and bed not particularly comfortable. Bathrooms very dated and shower intensity lacking. Bathroom tap sprays on use. Toiletries divine! Love staying at this venue as the staff are so friendly and the rooms very clean. Excellent location and common areas very clean and well cared for. Pricing reasonable for what is delivered. Will definitely be back!
