Room was fairly clean. The bathroom door could do with a good clean, as well as the vents that are thick with dust. The complimentary 'sanitary items' box in the bathroom was empty; not sure what was supposed to be in it (cotton tips? shower cap?), but it was pointless having it there. The walls were super thin; our neighbour was on the phone from midnight til maybe 4am, and it was impossible to block out his voice. The bed was firm on one side and had no support on the other; my partner put pillows under the edge to stop from rolling out overnight. So, pretty crappy sleep overall. But it was otherwise clean and comfortable. Only saw one staff member and he was quite helpful and friendly.

It just wasn’t in a place convenient as we thought it would be. Bring senior cits we really needed to drive everywhere as most things are just a bit too far. You need to spend money on a myki card to use the trams and we would have been left with an unneeded credit. Jay at reception was always helpful. The room was large enough and quiet, but spartan.

Rude staff at check in. bed cover stained and dirty. Upgraded to get a spa bath but too dirty to use. bathroom sink had bits of food or plaque stuck inside.
