Sage Ringwood

Always love staying at Sage. I can usually get into my room earlier. The late checkout at 11am is great. The rooms are always so quiet. Beds are very comfy. So handy having the Eastland shopping Centre downstairs and the railway station across the road.

Having stayed at this property since new and being my first visit for a few years I expected better. The rooms are no longer unique; coffee machine and pods are cheap with no variety. Sugar had become damp and was solid. Needed to provide a deposit for incidental's" I found the room small and overall disappointing

Sage is absolutely fabulous! After a travelling it was so lovely to arrive to check in, Chrisi was warm & kind and made a check in smooth. In fact anll the staff were very kind. Our room had plenty of space. It was clean, warm & quiet. Location was also amazing there was the public train across the road. The hotel was joined to a huge mall. I will definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thanks team!

Quiet & Nurturing 'Me' Time...πŸ’ž

After my last stay in April 2025, I found my return here to be as warm and welcoming...especially by Maria and Liana at Reception! Thank you! πŸ™ Upon entering the foyer, I always enjoy smelling the pleasant aroma of essential oils. I asked for a quiet room...and got it! Room 830 was clean, spacious, quiet and distant from elevators and housekeeping storage rooms, as requested! Much appreciated! πŸ™ The room provided a Capino espresso machine (similar to Nespresso); a kettle; an iron and an ironing board; a VS Sassoon hair dryer and an Onity room safe. It also provides environmentally-safe amenities such as Ink & Water, vegan, paraben-free shampoo, conditioner and hand & body lotion and Livi PEFC toilet tissue (from sustainably managed forests and controlled sources)!!! Well done Sage Hotel!!! πŸ˜‰ In my opinion, the bed is very comfortable, although I do understand that every person has different preferences. It has good quality, cotton bedsheets too!!! Much appreciated! Although Sage Hotel does not provide a stocked mini bar fridge, items can be ordered via room service. Also, room service orders incur a delivery charge of $5 each time! This, I truly do not agree with...as guest services should all be inclusive of the room rate being paid!!! πŸ€” This, of course, is my humble opinion! 95% of your staff are amazing, so thank you for making my stay most enjoyable and extremely comfortable! PS - Also, Miren at the bar is friendly, efficient and obliging. Thank you! ☺️

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 nights. We were visiting for a family funeral. The staff were kind and showed empathy. Breakfast was delicious and well priced when booking in advance. Room service was slow when we asked for more milk bit that's the only negative I've got. Location is so handy Ruth a tiny walk through the carpark to the shops. Would definitely return.
