The staff could not have been more obliging, particularly the evening staff member. We arrived after 10pm and she was so helpful with every aspect of our arrival. The amenities were very good and the late check-out was greatly appreciated. We were disappointed with the lack of heating in the Function Room when we had gone down to have breakfast. If we had known how cold it was going to be, we would have arranged for room service. We realise how difficult it is to get Trades People on short notice, so I expect that the lack of heating was beyond your control. Thank-you for a pleasant stay. We will certainly use this facility again.

Give a Big Plus to The Sands
The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the room was modern and clean, loved the bed so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent for the money and freshly cooked and the lady that looked after the breakfast room was an absolute delight. Would stay there again.
