Full tank on rental car. Stole all the gas. Side entry of building was being repaired the day I arrived. Later beer cans removed from that entrance. The whole building sounded like party-town every night.

Surprising charming location in Melbourne

This property truly surprised me. I did not expect to enjoy my stay as much as I did. Very comfortable rooms. Very clean location. The exterior of the building looks a bit dated and was initially off-putting but once I got inside to my room and was able to take advantage of my studio I was very pleased. It was great value for my money. My only wish was that the front desk had the ability to match or offer prices because I went to go and extend my stay and extra day and was basically told try booking it online because we can't give you the prices you can get there. That always confuses me because those prices online are set by the venue and a percentage of that price has to go to the booking agency so why wouldn't you just match that price in house?

Basic survival necessities. Room was in good condition, recently renovated. However some of the rooms are still outdated we just got lucky. This is a bare minimum hotel and the price reflects this. Overall if I am looking for the cheapest option, I am probably going to choose this one again. They are close to town, room was clean, nothing sketchy going on around the hotel.
