It took 15 minutes liking up to check in. Room was lovey and had bathroom scales but no battery. Room phone didn’t work so needed to use mobile phone to order room service. Hotel is amazing but understaffed which has a negative impact on the experience. The vip perk of $35 was consumed by a mini cheese cake the size of a cup cake and two small ice cream cups. Could be really good but not during our stay. Normally stay at lower starred hotels but treated myself this trip but disappointing. Probably won’t stay again!

Such a beautiful hotel to stay in. Location to everything is fantastic with everything we wanted to see within walking distance or a quick, FREE, tram ride away. Staff were very quick to action any requests and always polite. Stayed for 3 nights and would have happily stayed a lot longer.
