We loved our stay. Staff were friendly and attentive. This place hasn’t changed…… although not as bright and shiny as 20 plus years ago it continues to be a timeless boutique hotel with an attention to detail that captures bespoke design.

I choose this property specifically because it was near my favorite restaurant in Melbourne, Akwaaba. The Suya platter is the best. Anyway, the property and staff was excellent and I had no complaints. Bedroom/ bathroom was fine and comfortable. The tram runs all night on weekends and that was helpful. Location is good and easily accessible.

Great city lodging close to the beach scene

Great hotel with a great staff ftom the top down. Great location in a happening part of town, a very short walk to the beachlfe. Bright, well lit roomy rooms. Restaurant and bar serving delicious meals and snacks. Super comfortable beds. A good value.

The room was smallish but reasonably comfortable. It would have been much better if the storage had been adequate. The 2-sectioned wardrobe had one usable section. The other section had the fridge and beverage items. Access to the car park was rather convoluted and involved navigating stairs. There are plenty of eating options around, and the St Kilda pier was closeby.

Whilst waiting for our room we were treated to a FREE drink from the bar which was a nice touch The room has zero view other than a couple of very large & noisy air conditioners that weee in 24/7 The bed had a dip on both sides where hubby and I kept rolling into the middle

The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The location was convenient. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing — the blinds were broken, the curtains had come off their railings, and the walls were not clean. It was also extremely noisy throughout the night, with people yelling and swearing on the street, making it difficult to sleep.
