Great lobby. Great staff. Location very convenient for Southern Cross station and tram, and walking distance to South bank. Rooms perfectly serviceable. Good water pressure! The only thing missing was a hairdryer in the room. This may have been available from the front desk (I didn't ask), but one in the room would have been useful.

The receptionist was unwelcoming. She almost seemed bothered by serving us. Parking was included in our stay but they insisted we come in before being given the details for parking which was not very logical. The shower gel was empty in the shower. The building is beautiful but rooms are in need of touch up eg scuffed door frames and skirting boards.

it was easily accessible from the train station and you easily get a taxi from this establishment. The place was clean and quiet. the staff were happy to assist you. They could add more variety to their breakfast buffet and not the same food daily to keep clients coming and enjoying the breakfast buffet.

Really comfortable stay. Food was lovely and the cocktails were even better. the bed was really comfortable and the staff were friendly. Breakfast wasnt my favourite but theres a lovely cafe opposite that does avacado on toast etc.
