Easy access to main shopping areas. Clean room although the room was like being in a shoe box. Small with no way out if there was a fire or earthquake. No view from the tiny window which would be impossible to escape from. These rooms should be offered at a much reduced rate. Probably won't stay there again.

Location to Flower and Garden Show, plenty of places to walking access, including the Arcade... the restaurant attached nearest to the hotel; all made the stay a great place to stay for a quick weekend getaway.

Great location at an affordable price, however very small room size, had a double bed even though they call it a queen, and service not up to scratch. Also there is no spa although it is advertised and still in pictures.

Enjoyed my stay at the Victoria very much. Melbourne City council needs to get its' act together and really clean and keep clean city lanes and streets and stations. Terrible 'welcome ' to Melbourne for Guests to city.

It was quiet and clean and centrally located in the central business district. The breakfast buffet was good. The restaurant was convenient and tasty for dinner. There was a tourist info at the corner of the same block so handy.

Really quite a good Motel in a good location.

Exceptional service, really quite a wonderful Motel. The location is quite good and there is some parking. Just check first. Hint the breakfast is quite good value for a buffet, but if there's two people one could have just another card and the other could have the full buffet to save some money. If your book ahead, it's $25 for the buffet.

This hotel was excellent on so many levels ... The convenient location very close to shops, theatres and stadiums, heaps of great restaurants literally. Our room was very spacious (we had a family room). We had great access to the free trams and very close to Flinders Street station. The cleanliness of the room was very good, good sound proofing, online check-in and check-out very efficient. Couldn't fault it. Will definitely be back.

Have stayed here before. Great location, convenient to get to anywhere in CBD. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Cocktail night on Friday is a must
