Noisy room, showers no water pressure and was surprised at 9am by a person coming into our room (unannounced) claiming they thought we'd checked out. Staff on departure didn't even bother asking how our stay was - didn't seem concerned by our feedback. Only redeeming feature is location. Wouldn't go back.

I loved where it was located - never really saw staff - would be helpful to have a guide book in the room for out of towners with staff recommendation on where to eat. It was disappointing it didn't have larger windows to get a bigger view. Might want to check your exhaust fans in the bathroom as my room had a lot of dust on it

Right in the middle of the business district and convenient for all of the sights and the trams which run at the end of the road. Would recommend.

Avoid at all costs. I couldn’t even check in as they had lost my booking. Luckily hotels.com were able to have me moved to a much better hotel. Avoid this hotel. The reception staff had no cares to give. Very poor customer service when the room had been booked and pre paid. They need to have a good look at their staff and make some changes at the front of house.

A little confusing making your way around its a large hotel with rooms that range from high quality to the basic room you need for a weekend to sleep in. Enjoyed my stay and the location is perfect for any event on the east side of the city or richmond area. (MCG, ROD LAVER, AMMI ECT.)

Large room, very spacious. Clean. Great location, central to everything. Only real complaint is the noise. Walls seem very thin, and I could hear any activity outside my door like it was in the room with me. My room's window opened to a courtyard where some pigeons were nesting. All cute until I got woken up at 4am by constant loud cooing. Orher than that, fantasyic hotel. Highly recommended.
