This was elegantly designed. A warm welcome for the weary travellers. I thoroughly enjoyed my rest and streaming. A walk out and you were in the city. The only disappointment was checking out. The lady had not a smile and looked like she was bored. . The rest were professional and warm. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a lovely rest

Room was not what l expected or selected on line for the amount l paid. Extremely small, no view tiny window looking at alley. Tiny shower and bathroom. Very Overpriced for the room we were given. Had to pay extra for parking and breakfast. Breakfast was ok nothing special. Would not ho back. Entire road blocked off had to walk with cases in rain to hotel. A very disappointing stay not recommended.

Modest room but no issues with it. Clean and with a modern bathroom - even if not super sized or fit for 2! Great value for money close to the Paris end of town, and the restaurant was good, with the best playlist of 70's favourites!

Love so much about this property! Fantastic location. Friendly staff! Only thing I would say is they could do something about how loudly the doors all slam and it echoes into the rooms. And the aircons seem like they need a good filter clean as it’s a stale kind of smell in the rooms. It’s not gross, but just not fresh.

Great property and the hotel I always stay in when in Melbourne. The only thing I didn't like on this trip was that the aircon in the gym seemed non existence and it was way too hot to exercise.

The room is a bit aged and small. They are under staff in the early evening, only one person at the front desk, saying too busy to fix our issue. Breakfast selection is pretty basic, compared with the extract charges. Overall it is not too bad as it is easy access to tram and restaurants.
