beds very comfortable as were pillows with several from which to choose. Shower was great. Staff nice. 2 bedroom apartment was very roomy. Kitchen & fridge good size especialy for someone staying longer. Only downside heater hard to adjust then was too hot all night and blockout curtains hard to close/ open.

Positives - Very spacious rooms, like an apartment. Very competitive price. Located in CBD, walkable distance to many dining, shopping and transport options. Easy check-in. Great service. Negatives - found two pieces of broken glass under the couch. Washer and Dryer was a great add however they take longer than normal to wash and dry. Cable tv was buffering.

Location was great, close to the mall and tram stop. Room was clean but a bit outdated. Staff at the front desk were lovely and helpful. For the price, it was a reasonable stay.

Alberto was Amazingly helpful and friendly - he helped us with our bags and couldn't do enough. Check in and out was seamless and easy and they were very happy to hold and watch our bags on the last day when we had additional meetings to attend after check out. Location is great - close to lots of shops and amenities and walking from place to place was easy!

This stay was a convenient location in the CBD of Melbourne, close to shopping, food and entertainment. Access was easy and checking in and out was simple and quick. Unfortunately it could do with some improved sound proofing around the windows and our toilet had a drip, simple fixes

The 2 Br apartment with 2 bathrooms suited our needs. All rooms were well furnished and had modern appliances. The cleanliness of the rooms, appliances and bathrooms was most welcome. We would recommend this place to our friends.

Aircon on 10th floor wasn’t working - horrible night’s sleep due to hot/stuffy room as well as only a top sheet on mattress (no mattress protector too) so sheet kept slipping mouldy/dirty bathroom. Moved to 7th floor- great aircon but dirty/mouldy bathroom and air vents. Reception staff were great at sorting issues out but disappointed that these issues were there to start with. Certainly made for an interesting stay.

Had stayed here while it was under Ascott's Somerset management, and now under the new management of Urban Apartments. Location wise it is fantastic and very convenient. House-keeping is now on request (which is fine), but the cups in the apartment were cracked / chipped and certainly showing their wear and tear. Please consider better maintenance in the apartments. Nevertheless, the reception staff were helpful, and emailed us when our room was ready, and were always attentive. The complimentary snacks in the apartment were very nice too! Thanks for a lovely stay.
