Wonderful layover
Just overnight. A thunderstorm as we arrived and the reception person offered us an umbrella so that we could visit the markets. Next day the same gentleman provided us with terrific local recommendations. We had the one night out with friends and enjoyed the comfort of the hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the location was fantastic particularly being just over the road from the markets. It was easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants etc too. We had a great stay at Veriu Queen Victoria Market. Our favourite things that made our stay more convenient were the still/sparkling water taps in the lobby (great for filling water bottles!) and the free guest laundry on the 2nd floor!
