I stayed here for 8 days. It’s very conveniently located right in the CBD near the free trams to go around the city. The rooms are small but well appointed with everything you need. It’s clean. They had free laundry. Staff is friendly. There isn’t any restaurants or rooms service to talk about. But plenty of great food options the minute you step out. Overall it was a good stay

Ideal location, for CBD area within walking distance of virtually everthing or you could ride the free Trams that ran 24/7, there was a street food market that catered for almost any taste. Room was very clean the beds were firm and comfortable. A microwave and full size fridge were provided. To summarise EXCELLENT

Great location if you don't mind staying a bit further from the heart of the CBD and prefer to be spoilt with choice from the Queen Vic Markets. The whole place is well maintained and the rooms are modern and having the kitchenette made it feel quite homely for the time I was staying there. Will happily stay here again!

We didn't actually use the gym or the pool but the room was nice and clean. The staff though is not very nice or friendly. Seemed like every interaction we had with them was a huge inconvenience to them - as guests it felt very unprofessional and off putting. Our room was given to us with an empty conditioner bottle which took staff 30+ minutes to bring up for some reason.

New apartment but had to ask four times for another towel (housekeeping took two and left us with only one), they also have rooms that face the markets which look nice and get light, and the the rooms we got which look straight at another building and get no light.
