Staff were welcoming and the hotel is in a prime location. Car parking is terrible, took close to 25 mins to find a carpark at the off-site carpark. VIP status not really recognised as staff said they upgraded my room however I purchased a room that was at the same price point as what I paid for. Swimming pool area was really hot which made it uninviting.

Average, arrived at 1pm for a 3pm arrival to be told room is ready but it will cost $40 to check in now. Opportunity lost for good service by the hotel, won’t stay there again. No effort made by the hotel for our 29th anniversary, room design was terrible.

Really enjoyed our stay! I can highly recommend a room with views over Flinders Street absolutely spectacular at night. The room was comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The location was perfect for us close for shopping and dinning. We would stay again.
