The hotel is a bit dated and hotel lobby has a funky smell. The service at reception during check in was decent. However the housekeeping is worse than a 1 star motel. The housekeepers are rude and will push you into the lift with their massive linen trolley, they would not replace any of the towels and will leave it next to bathroom sink, the bed will not be made properly and the body wash was not refilled even after numerous reminders to front desk about it. Even empty pizza boxes was not thrown away unless it was placed directly next to the bin. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Awesome location and views.

Great location down St Kilda Road, great views, nice clean rooms and bathrooms. No pool, but not an issue for us. Great staff and beer garden out the front. Easy to catch trams into city from just up the road.

Hotel a little old, but comfortable and in a quiet area outside the center, but a 30-minute walk there or tram option on the corner. I made a reservation for a couple and a 14-year-old teenager and even so, the room only had one bed for 3 people. They charged me 40 dollars a night for an extra bed, which in my opinion should have already been included

Fantastic location. Close to So many places and restaurants. Accessible by tram and easy to find parking on a Saturday. Beautiful city views from my room on the 8th floor. Clean. Only thing was that the water from the shower over flowed towards the carpeted area. Mould on the ceiling at the shower area. Everything else was nice. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well for a very warm day. I would stay here again.

When I checked in staff were lovely same cannot be said for the staff when I checked out. After paying a 300 dollar bond in cash I was told to wait while they checked the room even though I clearly explained to Sophie I was heading back to the hospital as they called to say my partner was heading in for surgery. After 5 minutes Sophie chucked a piece of paper and pen in front of me and said nothing I asked what is this for she didn’t even bother responding so I asked again to which her colleague said to me this to confirm we have given you your bond back so I said you will actually need to give me my money back first which would be a common sense approach. The breakfast certainly isn’t worth 31.00 when you can walk to properties down and get a decent breakfast with barista coffee. Why charge people a bond when you don’t even have a mini bar. Certainly would not recommend staying here after the lack of consideration shown upon check out. Sophie needs further training in her roll, quite frankly her behaviour and approach is not great for her role she will cause customers like myself never to come back again.

Comfortable hotel at a good price.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, close to Albert Park, where the Formula 1 track is situated. The hotel is very beautiful, the room was very comfortable and well-organized. The only flaw I found was the average cleanliness in the shower area. The service was excellent, especially from the manager, Juan Carlos, who was very kind. The price-quality ratio was excellent.

Room was quite large. Staff friendly and helpful. The only minor downfalls were very tight underground carpark and had to get room service to come up late at night to make up Sofa bed as there was no bedding in room.
