I always pick View in Melbourne; the rooms are always clean and the staff are lovely. One negative about my trip this time was that the bathroom door handle was loose, so it made using the bathroom a bit tricky so that you didn't lock yourself in

The city view from level 8 was terrific. We enjoyed the breakfast, but you need to remember to book it the day before to get a discount. We enjoyed the location. It was a pleasant walk to Fed Square in the city. Parking underneath is tight in a larger car, but we always went to B2 and had no problems.
