The hotel is close to public transport, restaurants/cafes/bars, convenience shops and an easy walk or tram ride to shopping area. The unit was well set up, clean and comfortable. It all came together to make our Melbourne stay enjoyable.

This place had easy access for us to park and unload our car in a 10 minute zone for a quick stop.Check-in was easy with lovely staff. Loved our room, wonderful shower pressure and a comfy bed. Will stay again for sure.

I was pleasantly surprised with how equipped the room is. From microwave to washing machine. The only thing I was disappointed with was lack of room service. It would be nice to have laundry detergent and dish soap available.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. Modern comfortable beds and very spacious. Absolutely loved this property but the only negative that hotel needs to pay attention to was there was a blood stain on carpet in one of the rooms. This I found very off putting and would possibly deter me from staying again. Not hygienic and basically if it can’t be cleaned, replace the carpet. Shame really because everything else was great.

The property was a good size apartment and the staff were nice, however the apartment had minimal furniture and it felt very bare and not very homely. There was no tv in the bedroom, no furniture on the balcony, no chairs at the desk or tv on the wall in the spare lounge/office (no purpose to that room). The light/bathroom fan didn't switch off so had to stay on the whole night. The sink in the main bathroom kept getting blocked. The apartment was in a good location. I stay in Melbourne often, however I probably wouldn't stay in this accommodation again.
