Pésimo servicio de fin de año, el hotel informa que no tenía la reserva, que la plataforma estaba bloqueada, finalmente no dieron solución, me tocó salir a buscar hotel por qué llame a hoteles.com y tampoco dieron solución. Me tocó salir a buscar nuevo hotel y más caros con mis hijos!!! Ni el hotel ni la plataforma vuelvo a usar!!!

En general el servicio y las instalaciones son buenas, solo les falta una cosas para que el servicio sea excelente, en la habitación que nos dieron el sanitario no tenía tapa, esto es algo muy fácil de solucionar y no es muy costoso, la presión del agua de la ducha es muy baja , les recomiendo hacerlo y les iría muy bien.

En el momento del ingreso, la persona de recepción muy distraido, nada de servicio. Para la entrega de la habitación la persona no fue pendiente o en lo que debia estar; Cabe resaltar que algunas personas muy atentas, pero la persona que nos realizó el check in muy mal servicio, y luego tuvimos que volver porque no habia generado el proceso correcto!!

La habitación no tenía lo contratado, no eran dos camas dobles, no tenía refrigerador ni ducha tipo lluvia sino un chorro con poca presión. Me sentí mal para hacer reclamo porque me recibieron con molestia porque cancele una primera reserva y tome otra que salió más económica, y me expresaron su molestia pero yo era ajena a los precios de la reserva y me mantuvieron el precio con malestar para ellos. Entonces en general no cumplieron con lo que se pactó en la reserva que hice por hoteles.com.
