It was a place to stay.
Hotel has some age to it, but it's holding its own. Very clean and attentive, friendly staff. Stayed twice recently. 1st time next to elevators and listened to hydraulic pumps all night. This stay I listened to every toilet flush in the neighboring rooms. Minor inconveniences I know. Good food and drinks at the bar.

On site facilities were very good. Two very nice restaurants and easily accessible to sites and shopping. Two minor complaints of my section of the hotel losing hot water. They responded quickly and the facilities engineer responded and was able to access and fix the situation by bleeding the system. Funny how we where the first to notify them as we where leaving to go out. We where on the top floor - 5th ,at the end of the building . This leads to the next issue which is only one elevator. The walk from there to our room was lengthy and I mean we joked with " Are we there yet " numerous times. You could definitely get your steps in without going out. Last thing was no complimentary breakfast. For the price I see no reason why not. Also, if its your thing Starbucks is no less than 1 mile apart from each one going north and south. Counted 12 and also 8 Mavis tires.

Very nice
I enjoy getting a room when i have my annual company holiday party. however i was a little too warm at night trying to sleep since the thermostat only goes down to 65 degrees in which i prefer 60. however the room was very nice! i would like to be able to get a cooler temperature at night to sleep more comfortably.

Our room had a faulty heating system. Heat kept climbing to 89. Was supposed to be fixed after night one. Same problem second night. Was told entire hotel could only have heat not a/c. Wasn’t offered a new room . We left a day early because it was impossible to sleep. As an honors member I won’t come back. Tub was stained and unsightly

Our first key didn’t work so has to go down and get a new room. Then the new room had a red concerning looking stain on the floor and the desk looked like someone sat on it and cracked it. We really didn’t want to go back down so we just delt with it. Over all good definitely could use some renovations. A lot of just cracks and chipped surfaces and doors looked beat up
