Weekend Getaway
Delightful experience, upon arrival, check-in process set a positive tone, was greeted by two professional and friendly interns who welcomed me warmly, they were super efficient and attentive to details making the check-in process swift, and exceeding my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. From the room to the lobby and the hallways, everything was spotlessly maintained, creating a welcoming and hygienic environment that I truly appreciated. I also had the chance to visit the indoor pool, which was beautifully maintained though I noted that the water was quite cold. It seems the heating system was challenged in maintaining a warmer temperature in the lobby area, which may have affected the pool's temperature. It was a super cold weekend with temps in the teens. Despite this, the hotel was great. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I look forward to returning.

Handle on door was jammed nothing to do with the key. Maintenance was very kind and suggested that I can move rooms, too much of a hassle so I did not. Difficult to find the light switches in the room to turn off the accent lights. Food at the restaurant was mediocre.
