Quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was large, well laid out and incredibly well decorated. Staff was impeccable - from the check in staff to the bartender, everyone we met was friendly and helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. Loved the area as well - plenty to see and do. Stay here. You will not regret it.

We stayed here on our way home from Virginia. It was storming really bad and we needed a place tht allowed our 3 lil chihuahuas. Not only is this place beautiful but its extremely artistic and unique. I will say tht u could here people in the hallways but it wasnt too bad. We had difficulty figuring out the tv and they actually came to my room to show us what to do. They offered an amazing dog bed, homemade dog treats, and dog bowls. Staff was amazing. The breakfast options werent great for the prices but overall amazing place!! Would stay again.

The staff has been fantastic. I came here seeking shelter from the freeze and so far they've provided a safe and warm environment for a stranger who has no idea where she is! If I ever come back this way I'll definitely stay if anything just to book a room here again.

It’s a quaint boutique, no parking but valet… it’s easy though and not too expensive. Very close to the Civil Rights museum, a couple minute walk to Beale street. If/when I’m back in Memphis I’ll come back here.

A+++ hotel and super dog friendly
We had the best stay at Arrive in Memphis. We were greeted with the friendliest staff ever! We were traveling with 2 dogs and didn’t know what to expect, but the staff was incredibly friendly, petted the dogs, gave them treats on arrival and took care or us very quickly. The room had a cute dog bed and bowls. We at the Detroit style pizza for dinner and also had the avocado toast in the am and delicious drinks and coffee! If I am ever in Memphis again or traveling through, I will make a point to stay here again. A+++ experience!

Great getaway
It was clean and friendly place to stay. It was in walking distance of good food and sights to see, National Civil Rights Museum plus Beale Street and all of its sights. As for food pizza is very good along bar and coffee bar. Close to Central BBQ and Gus’ Fried Chicken
