I wish they had either had a coffee maker in the room or free coffee for guests in the morning. You have to use their coffee bar to buy coffee. Also, very limited dinner menu. Good but limited to basically pizza and snacks

Beautiful hotel with very large, spacious rooms. The bed was incredibly comfy and the room was gorgeous. Only downside is the blinds didn’t fit the windows so let some light in. The hotel was just 5 minutes from Beale street and had some lovely restaurants just around the corner (SOB, Central BBQ), which was convenient as the area is somewhat unsafe (but I think that’s the going rate with Memphis). The hotels bar also offers lovely drinks and delicious food - we enjoyed the sausage pizza on happy hour which was just over $10 including tax but easily fed two people. We would certainly come back to ARRIVE if we ever visit Memphis again!

Many travelers have early flights. I was robbed out of a full day of valet parking. I had to find sreet parking because valet only ran until midnight. But was still charged for that day.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The rooms are uniquely decorated, beautiful, comfortable, clean, and functional. The staff is friendly and welcoming and they make sure you have everything you need. The valet parking service is also very good! Additionally, the cafeteria offers the best coffee in town, it’s so delicious!
