I wasn't pleased that I rented 2 different rooms and one was not cleaned properly. I had to ask for new bedding. I mean I always lysol my hotel rooms whenever I travel. However this was crazy to me how my room of which I had just checked into wasn't cleaned. Not to mention the front desk let me know no other rooms were available. So I checked out a room that I had to clean practically before I could sleep in it.. There was a refrigerator full of food so I also had to clean and take that out. I was very disappointed and too tired to switch rooms.I should not have been charged at all for my room or at least refunded some of my money. I didn't pay to come clean up somewhere that was supposed to already be cleaned. If I hadn't of gone through a third party I definitely wouldn't have paid for that second room. Someone needs to reach out and refund me some of my money. I hope that issue doesn't become a consistent issue.

Excellent property to visit to see Graceland, quiet area lots to eat in area close to Walmart & target. 5 minutes from outlets. Great area Hotel clean, modern and staff amazing. Break good plenty to choice from.

We chose the Avid hotel in Southhaven due to my having severe allergies! This hotel had no carpet, no curtains and no pets. It was pretty basic, but exactly what we needed. The breakfast was fresh with a good selection. The staff were all friendly and very helpful! We will probably definitely be staying here again in the future.

Good basic hotel
The Avid is a solidly good, basic hotel. My room was comfortable and had all of the things I require. Except no in room coffee maker; there are two in the lobby 24/7 though. Breakfast is free, and again basic items. There are many restaurants within one mile, including my favorite, Memphis Bbq Shop. For one or two nights and at the decent price point, I was pleased.
