The room had a weird cologne smell. Housekeeping turned the room and there was no body wash, no tissues, and little conditioner. There was also a dirty rug with a sticky spot.

We were scheduled to see a concert at Autozone Park. The hotel was in the perfect location. Directly across the street from Autozone Park and less than a block from Rendezvous. Valet parking was expensive and the in hotel breakfast prices were also expensive. The hotel room was great, bed was comfortable and show was good and HOT! Staff was friendly and helpful. The ice machine on our floor was broken but there wer directions to use the upper floors for ice.

The hotel is very nice and most of the staff were great. They received a lower rating because the cleaning staff left our door open. We called the front desk to tell them and to notify them that we didn't get any new towels. Eventually 2 large towels were delivered, but nothing else was replaced.

High on hospitality. Great service from the employees at the hotel. Linens were crisp and clean. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the city was FILTHY. Garbage in the streets and a general grubbiness. The city needs to clean up, and it could be a gem! The streets outside smelled of human urine. (Not in the hotel’s control) Had some maintenance issues but they were met with good attitudes and care from the staff. Would stay again, as it is a common stop/stay over on our way to see family.
