You can smell the mold as soon as you walk into the room. They used paint to cover it up. The room lighten was very dim. We had what look like blood on the curtains. Our comfort on the bed had stains, and look dirty. The hotel need updating bad. The housekeeper went in our room and threw my work scrubs away. I didn’t get them back. Scrubs is not cheap. And they claim they don’t give receipts for the deposit or for the purchase of the room. I am guessing the employees is doing their own reviews. Because the hotel is definitely a 2/3 star hotel. It’s a 20 min drive to Germantown. This is the worse Comfort Inn & Suites I have ever stayed out. The elevator look like it’s on its last leg too. I am very disappointed. The rate definitely do not fit. They need to lower the price.

The facilities fixtures and equipment was worn, out of order, and poorly maintained. The staff spoke limited, broken english and was away from the front desk more than at it. I am going to begin to question the validity of Expedia rankings and will like use a different service if this is what Expedia books.

The area did not seem very upscale but we had no problems. Upon checkin we were given a room that reeked of smoke, was worn, and had a dirty bathroom. We immediately went back to the front desk, primarily because of the smoke smell. While not apologetic, she moved us immediately. The second room was on a floor that appeared to have been renovated. It was nothing fancy but perfectly fine.
