The staff were nice there. The first room I was assigned there was a foul smell, they happily gave me another room which was better but I had to spray Lysol to clear the air/aroma of the room, didn't want to breathe it as I slept.
Another issue is I never saw anyone walk through the lobby, it felt like I was the only person staying at that hotel, had a very unsafe feeling about that location.
I stepped out of the jetted tub and stepped onto a carpet tack or staple at center of the carpet edge. Remote wouldn't work except on/off, so I was stuck on Fox news.

Comfortable stay in Memphis
Friendly staff. Slight oder in room but otherwise clean. Lest vehicle there for a couple days as I took flight out of Memphis. Was assured of good security despite Memphis’s present reputation. 10 minutes to airport with free shuttle. This is not a five star hotel but good value and comfort.
Horrible the night we arrived our car window was broken as well as 5 others vehicle broken into. The pool was nice big and cold our room was comfortable. The service was goodish the only thing was I was told by the guy at the front desk where to park so my car wouldn’t be messed with and my car was.

Was in town for my son’s basketball tournament. Check-in was easy and the room smelled good and appeared clean. However, there were blood stains on the curtains, and we saw two roaches in the bathroom during our stay. I checked out on Monday and at 4 AM Tuesday morning I received a fraud notification my card was trying to be charged $137.99 at the hotel. I called the hotel and they had no knowledge of the transaction..hmm. I was told the manager would give me a call back and he never did.
The saty was four stars because the jacuzzi and elevator were out of service. However, the breakfast was very good in the morning and the room was comfortable. Overall enjoyable stay. Just wish we couldve relaxed in the jacuzzi after two days of walking

Registration nightmare.
The 2 desk clerks, Tweedledumb and Tweedledumber, totally messed up our check in. Tweedledumber at first said that he cancelled our reservation because he thought we weren’t coming. This was at 400 PM. When he corrected that, then the “internet” wouldn’t accept our card. We had to start the process all over again. Meanwhile Teeedledumb sat there and made snide remarks. Then we were double billed for the room. Not a good start.
