AVOID DOUBLE TREE MEMPHIS DOWNTOWN AT ALL COSTS
Valet lost keys for rental car causing us to be late for an appointment. Shower handle did not work. HVAC was either freezing or unbearably hot. Staff was nice but this place was a disaster and the GM did not seam to care.

Very convenient to Beale street and many great restaurants. The outstanding element of this hotel is the people. The ladies at the front desk and the people at the valet stand were exceptionally friendly, jovial, and helpful. My kinda people.
