The hotel is 5/5 but the bed was horrible it was like laying on a concrete floor it was just that hard 3/5. The area is very nice you can walk to different eateries and shopping stores.

Very clean, super convenient to the shopping street that is brand new but built like an old town. When to concert there and could walk to restaurants and concert. Staff were very nice.

My reservation for a double queen room made way ahead of time turned into a king bed for 3 adults at check in. They “knocked off like $30” because they were “overbooked”. Staff was friendly but what is the use of reserving a booking for it to be overbooked?! I was very disappointed but there was no where else to stay. Had to share a bed with teenage son. It was very uncomfortable.
