What I liked a accessibility, parking, cleanliness of the hotel and really good customer service. The coffee was delicious, but Sunday morning there was no more French vanilla creamer available. It was completely out of stock. What I did not like, the bathtub. Not sure if it’s wear and tear but the condition of the tub was not good. The lighting around the mirror. It appears that the light on one side does not work. I don’t know if that is intentional but it’s not good. I did inform the front. desk and was moved to another room only to find the same issue with both the bath tub and the lighting around the mirror. My overall stay was very relaxing.

There is only one HandicapParking Space near to the entrance. Two others are located a ways away. The evening I was there the car in the Handicap space was not displaying any handicap certification. In today’s world the hotel should reconsider its pet policy. Room was fine. Tub with seat configuration was odd. If one needed the seat and the grab bars they would have had a difficult time getting into the tub.

The outside light was so bright I could not sleep. The curtains didn’t cover the window completely. I could have read a book with all the lights out. Pillows were also uncomfortable. I couldn’t stuff enough towels etc string the curtains to keep the light out.
