Experience
The room wasn’t cleaned properly. The bathroom was full of other people’s hair. No one ever came to give us new towels or trash bags so we had to go down and ask. Then to top it off our car got broken into in their parking lot at 1pm in the afternoon. This hotel has security and gates to enter and exit. The front desk said we’d get a refund for the night we didn’t stay and the $100 hold we’d get back so we’ll see if that actually happens or we’ll just have to end up calling and getting it returned.

We arrived and even though we had a confirmation number with a copy of the confirmation shown, we were told that we did NOT have a reservation! We did not get the suite I booked and had to take a lesser type room AND had to pay even more for it. I was having surgery very early the next morning and we live about 3 hours from the hospital so that is why we chose to stay at the hotel. I think next time we will just get up early and drive. Very dissatisfied

The room and property were clean and comfortable. Last several times we have been there, the breakfast buffet has slowly gotten smaller with less choices, but still good. The room was lacking small items, like a clock, cups, and non-working shades. ( they're remote controlled). The only problem I really had was the lack of water pressure for the shower.

When we got into our room the shower was full of pubic hair and the towels had been used. The lady at the was really nice she switched our room and the room she switched us didn’t have a microwave so I had to go downstairs to warm up food.

I liked the neighborhood very much. The gentleman that finally came out when I arrived I think was the manager. He was very short with me. Not welcoming at all. The young lady that was at the desk at check out was very friendly and helpful. My room was quite a ways from the elevator so moving in and out of my room was cumbersome. The breakfast and staff that prepared it was great

The place was clean and the staff was friendly, the lady in charge of the breakfast was friendly and she go and ask everyone if we were ok and if we need something, before she closes the breakfast area she lets everyone know so you can go and get more if you want to.

Two things could have made it better. 1. I reserved a room with a king bed. I received a call from the hotel saying that my choice wasn’t available and they wanted to switch me to a room with two queen beds. I said “No”. I prepaid for the room and that is what I wanted. 2. I’m a Hilton Honors member. Somehow that didn’t carry across. I asked the person at the desk to add it when I checked in. They didn’t.
