Nice property the fact we felt protected and the rooms were clean.and spacious. The front desk clerk was horrible!!!! This was the worst check In I have experienced since traveling for years. She was rude and nonchalant!!!!if I hadn’t paid through Expedia I would have asked for a cancellation plus we were tired from traveling!!!Hilton please teach or have your employees to attend professionalism classes.
