The room was nice. The breakfast needed help. Juice machine was broken and waffle machine didn't work. They were out of a lot of things. And we were there around 8 in the morning.

The property was decent. Staff not very helpful when asked for an.extra towel was told not sure if we have one. Left early the next day and wondered if we could take a danish/pastry with us, and was told we are all out of those. When asked if we could have an extra coffee pod in the room was told they don't have any extra and don't provide them in rooms anymore.

The free breakfast was completely UNSTOCKED and INOPERABLE. The pancake and juice machine weren’t working. All of their food options were “out”; extremely limited/bare bones options. The staff kept forgetting to fill the water and refill the coffee cups. Clean hotel and nice room/horrible service and bad management

Lady at the guest asked me if I needed two beds for my stay (what I booked for). When I replied yes she became frustrated stating she was about to turn off bookings for third parties because it was allowing people to book for rooms that they didn’t have and went on to say that they had been booked for a week even though my reservation was booked the week prior. I was getting the impression that my room wasn’t available. Then she “found” a double queen room and told me I could have it. Once we got in the room there was hair noted on the sheets along with stains on them. Upon going in the restroom there was hair on the counter as well as in the tub and on the shower curtain. The next morning breakfast was very scarce and the juice machine was out of order. Definitely not the best hotel stay I’ve had in a while. Wouldn’t recommend May 2025
